Carotid Endarterectomy is a procedure to remove the plaque (Either fat or Cholesterol)from carotid artery to prevent brain stroke.Etiology, Pathogenesis and clinical presentations are different in different people starting from simple TIA(Transient Ischemic attack to Paralysis and many times they might lead to coma and death.
