Anterior communicating artery (AComA) aneurysms are among the most common aneurysms. In my personal series of 160 cases, they compose 32%.Usually they present with features of SAH or sometimes with visual symptoms and Hydrocephalus. Treatment with clipping of the aneurysm is the standard with excellent outcome.
